I ordered a pair of boots on 9/19/26. I never received a tracking number after purchasing on shop website. I emailed the seller for a tracking number, no reply from seller. Seller then took their info off of shop platform. I filed a complaint with shop, I received no response from the seller or shop. I then attempted to email seller with the info I used previously, no reply. Seller later attached a fake tracking number to my item after several attempts to reach seller. I downloaded a Chinese postal carrier app, I checked for the package thru the Chinese postal package tracker (TrackPack). I was provided with bogus info. I spoke with usps and I was informed the tracking number didn't work.
