I placed an order for two items, Order No. 51092M142227 totaling $87.48 on December 14, 2025.
Paypal Receipt shows payee as Keystone Path Industries Co.,Ltd.
Tracking info since 12/14 stated the items were being prepared in Spain. Then I get another tracking alert for the same items still awaiting shipment in China. I contacted the company 3 times for clarification, and all I got was an AI response each time stating to be patient, but not addressing my specific questions. Wednesday, 1/7/2026, the tracking showed the items in the USA for delivery. Today, when I asked for a status on the delivery, another AI response gave a tracking report, this time stating the items were still in Spain.
I cannot get hold of a real person at this company. Obviously, the items are not manufactured and shipped from Montana. To date, even though the dollar amount was taken from my account 12/14, I still do not have my items.
