I was contacted by text message and email a fraud issues finance company on 8/9/2021 with threats of pre-cut. I make the call to resolve this matter, which was definitely not true ... and a woman who calls herself a lawyer Monica Gabino answered, told me that at this time I was going to be removed from my home to the California court. But they had already stolen $ 390.00 from me that their university had asked me to start my studies. As soon as I got the tablet I plugged it in to get started, I realized it was fraud. I tried to communicate for a month and I had no luck, but as soon as that same month was fulfilled, it was then that I received all this cheating, they began to harass me to make them the supposed payment of the course.

Mi hija matriculo en la Universidad Technica Online y envio un pago para matricula de $390. Al dia siguente contacto con la Universidad que cancelara su matricula ya que ellos se localizan en California. Ellos dijeron que tratarian de resolver el problema, en el dia de 07/14/21 una abogada llamada Monica Gabino se comunico via texto y llamada demandando 2 pagos por fraude aun asi de sin haber empezado las clases,. Un pago de $100 en el dia de 07/14/21 y $300 en 07/15/21. En el dia del 15 de Julio Ella envia un correo electronico con un Aviso de pre-corte para que mi hija fue se arrestada y transferida a California. Pero el email no tenia firma ni sello de la abogada, no tiene direccion de su oficina ni codigo postal al igual que la Universidad.
