I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare. In over 18 months Molfetta Law did nothing. I contacted them many times by email and phone and still no response. Then in September 2022 I received a call from Molfetta Law with their caller ID. The person identified themselves as Dominic who said I would receive a call from Stewart Title. A little while later James Milner contacted me and said Stewart Title had a buyer for my timeshare and would pay me $32,000 if I paid Stewart Title $7,200. I contacted Stewart Title and found out that no one named James Milner worked for them. I also found out that Molfetta Law does have an employee named Dominic. James Milner knew information about my account that was only shared with Molfetta Law. I understand from Molfetta Law that this wasn't the first time they've been hacked. They've actually been hacked several times. I contacted Molfetta Law to cancel my contract because of the lack of work, no response, data security and did not get a response. I've now engaged the Better Business Bureau for help. I would be interested in hearing from anyone else that has shared the same experience as me.

Dealing with Molfetta Law Firm to release my timeshare. Received a call from Richard Chandler who stated he was with Molfetta Law Firm and was told that my transaction is being transferred to Stuart Title Agency now. I will need to call hime at 949-799-0731 to send additional money for sale of the timeshare. Called Molfetta Law and they said this was a scam and do not send anything or call him back. My transaction is still with them.
