Searching for a modular house online and finally realized this website was fake before I called them. Spent way too much time thinking this was an affordable option. Someone is going to send this guy money and never get anything if this website isn't taken down.

-Address listed on website is a virtual office space that you can buy to appear like a real office- 6975 S Union Park Ctr Ste 600

Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047-4187 is rented out by davincivirtual.com

-A new website just appeared with almost identical information, posing as a different company: https://www.starsmodularhomes.com/

-They want payment via a "Direct Bank Transfer" and i dont know what that is but it doesnt sound legitimate or traceable.

-Their pictures are stolen from various other modular websites

-Says in privacy info that they're owned by General Goods LLC which is where I finally found the "Owners" actual name via a Utah Business License.
