Ordered product through their site, watched tracking number for delivery. Took almost a month to say it was delivered when it wasn’t. Reached out to customer service they supposedly looked into it and reissued my items a second time. Took about 2 weeks with the new tracking number to say delivered only it never was. I live 1/2 mile from post office & maybe 7 min from the fedex & ups sorting center in my area it’s not like I’m out in a the boonies for it to truly get lost and never make it. Never had trouble with any other purchases finding their way. Finding it to be a scam & they’ve only offered 70% compensation which I doubt I’ll ever see.
