Purchased African Grey Parrot. Sent mony via Zelle app, signed "purchase contract",received tracking number. Then received call from swift shipping systems, the "courier" stating needed to buy mandatory refundable insurance for the bird, to be paid by western union in 2 payments to 2 different names, this triggered red flag and i stopped. Tried to get refund 4 bird as we then realized this was a scam. "Breeder" offered to pay for half of shipping if we did ither half. That was obviously a no, and has since stopped repkying 2 calls, texts, and emails. Found that shipping service is a fake and their website is no longer out there but this fake breeder page is. This is all part if the same scam.
