I placed an order on a website and it came in the mail. The description of what was ordered was not what was received. The website said returns could be processed by sending an email to a particular address. That email address was not a real email address. I called a phone number and they told me I could not return clothing because it was not safe for health reasons. I explained it was never worn and then she said she could only return 20% of the money. I said I was going to report it to the ScamPulse.com and then she said the most they could refund was 50% of the price paid. I said she could refund that but I was still reporting the company for unfair practices.
