I purchased a product (a mini camera) from this company through their Instagram shop on 12/19/2024. The company sent a tracking number and confirmation email, but no updates have been provided since. The tracking link shows that the package was "Received" but has not moved in several days.

I reached out to the company via email on 12/26/2024 to request an update, warning that I would file a chargeback with my credit card company if I did not hear back within two business days. I did not receive a response and proceeded with the chargeback.

The company claims to be based in Los Angeles, CA, but the product is shipping from China. This lack of transparency, coupled with the number of similar complaints on their Instagram posts, leads me to believe this is a scam.
