I attempred to subscribe for a monthly subscription for 29 dollars but I was charged 299 dollars. I contacted them for a reinbursement and they said they would credit me the balance less two months which was fare to me but they dos not follow up. I contacted them again at which they said it was out of the15 days cancellation time frame and have not heard from them again. I went through my bank to file a fraud clan but they said it was out of time also.

Mindvalley made it impossible to unsubscribe once you have subscribed to participate in their free trial.

When I decided to go to their headquarters in California to try further for my refund, I found they had moved to Malaysia.

This is when I also looked up the Better Business Bureau rating for their company and found that they had an F rating.
