I purchased 2lbs of mhrb at $220+ I paid the extra $40 for 2 day express. The next day I get an email from Transio Logistics saying I HAVE to pay a $170 insurance fee or they can't ship my package which threw up a red flag to myself. I refused to pay it then contacted Devin Covy with mimosabark.store and asked to refund my money he refused. Nowhere on their site did it say anything about paying an insurance fee or I would have never made the purchase. So now they tell me I HAVE to pay this fee that's my only option . Now they won't respond to me.
