Miko also know as square off boards sell ai chess board and other stuff and they have a terrible customer service system others have complained about there services but they make it hard to post complaints on the website but easy to buy and be charged the product they lied to me and multiple other people about the delivery date and refuse to offer help or refunds. I am a United States veteran and it’s sad they treat people like this during the holidays. Please look into them they are located in Delaware and in India. They don’t offer any help or refunds they hid and delete bad reviews that I and others have wrote and only put there’s up. Please help me
