i must have used a scam Miele website requesting a repair on my dishwasher. I was immediately called and an appointment was set up for following week. 2 men came and said I needed a new controller for the grinding sound the dishwasher was making. They said part was not in stock and I needed to pay in full for parts and labor. I called Miele and my service confirmation email and contact phone number were not Miele numbers.
