I have received multiple letters from a place called Michigan Diagnostics Path that I have never seen which for some reason is located in Ohio. It is located in a whole different state than where I live. The phone number associated with this place isn't even for a medical office in Ohio its associated with Hackensack Pathology Associates in New Jersey. When you go in to see what the bill is for online it gives you an error code. I have called any and all medical offices I have been seen at and even called my insurance and they all said that I don't currently owe anything. Kind of strange that the address is Ohio with the name of the offices in the state I am in but with a number in New Jersey. The letter does not provide any information on what the bill is for at all. It just says you have 10 days to pay the bill.
