Out of the blue Mr. Weirsky me on Instagram saying a I won $50k and all I had to do was pay him $50 to get my winnings. Well like an [censored] I fell for it and paid into it. Well the "agent" who was suppose to deliver it.. the so called and "FBI" stopped and arrested him but then was released and the fake FBI agent told me that I had to pay more in order to get winnings and when I said I wouldn't they threatened to come and arrest me. First off why would an FBI agent text me? Last I checked they don't text. Am I right? Well I am on this app called Signal well they keep trying to contact me saying that will come after me and arrest me (but I don't believe that to be true) right? The only thing I did was be gullible enough to fall for something so stupid and lose a bunch of money. But seriously should I be worried or are the agents all a scam too?

Hii did the FBI actually showed up. I also suffered from the same thing, but the only thing is that I am a student in the states. For my safe being and my flatmates safe being I need to confirm it.

I am glad I caught this early! It started out the usual way. I will give you $60,000! Then it went from there. I do not know how much of the information i gave him he can use. I am hoping not much.
O
I started to wonder when he asked me when my pension checks come in.

I was just contacted by Michael this evening offering me money from his winnings but he wanted my bank account number to deposit the money… I told him I don’t have an account in a bank I asked him to send a money order monthly with the money he was giving away Said he couldn’t do that… Sounds like a hoax to me. You don’t just give your bank account to a stranger RIGHT

That's bad

Mike J Weirsky friended me and many months later said he wanted to give me $75k He wanted me pay him $200 for a processing fee. He has dozens of account on FB. FB needs a verified account to stop these scammers. He was phishing for my account information. This person is a FRAUD

+3

I knew it was a scam when I first edited looked at it. If a honest person wanted you to have money they wouldn't be asking you to send money and they would not do it on line without a lawyer or legal rep involved.

+4

I received 2 text messages, saying it was him, wanting to give me $30,000 and to respond. I never did. Nobody gives money away, I knew it was a scam. I have also received a follow request on Instagram from someone using this name and same information. Did not accept, not falling for a scam.

I was contacted by a white male named Micheal J Weirsky on Instagram, claiming that he was a jackpot lottery winner from NJ, USA, claiming that he would "change my life". All I would have to do is provide him with $100 in Steam Gaming Gift Cards, and he would in return send me $10K. He told that because he partnered with CVS and Wal-Mart, that's where I should get the steam gift cards from.

Well, the next day, the account he initially reached me through was shut down and deleted by Instagram, with him claiming that he didn't know why he had to provide security details. He then told me that I have to provide more Steam cards because his accountant "messed up", and I had to provide more money, because of that.

I gave it another try, and when trying to send even more money through Cash App, his accountant and accountant's wife's respective profiles kept on saying "Fraud Alert", after denying my money going through. After much back and forth, including him calling me[at my request], I found out that he's an African male[or at least from parts of Africa], posing as Michael J Weirsky. Mr. Michael Weirsky in the YouTube video I attached, more than likely isn't aware of this.

My lawyers are in the process of reaching out to the FBI right[as I work for thr state in which I live in, which is in the Midwest]. I feel bad for real Michael J Weirsky, as for someone to pose as him, misuse the religious beliefs in Christianity that the Real Michael Weirsky believes in, is disgusting. This makes it hard for people to believe that they're good Christians in the world, and it makes it harder for foreigners to not be stereotyped as horrible abusers and scammers.

The pictures I uploaded were just from today. I have other pictures, including screenshots of our conversation on Instagram, but the limit to upload is 10 images.

I was scammed by him, he got me to send him $8k and has all my personal information including my SSN! I have filed a police report and put a freeze on all 3 credit agencies! What else should I do?

Michael Weirsky scammed me out of $100 Visa vanilla card, IWas dumb enough to buy card, send him photo of front and back of card. He is a crook

It’s not Michael though, it’s a scam. Common sense should tell you that nobody just hands out money for free. You just funded some Nigerian for the month. Michael himself isn’t the scammer.

This Michael Weirsky contacted me saying he won NJ. Lottery and was giving each person chosen randomly on Instagram $30000. He asked for a $100 Visa card…then send pictures of front and back of card. I became doubtful at that point. Does instagram know there is a scam circulating on their site. They need to do something to stop this crook

I was contacted by shown Instagram account and offered a 50000 dollar blessing from his lottery winnings if I paid a fee upon paying the fee he required another fee until he completely drained my accounts and still requesting more . I’ve requested to be reimbursed multiple times at which point he asks for another fee

He has done the same to exact to me! He took $8k from me! And keeps asking for more and now has someone pretending to be an FBI agent emailing me saying he reported me to them! Idk what to do!

I was contacted by Micheal j weirsky on instagram being offered 50000 dollars in winnings from his lottery winnings . At which point he asked for a fee which would make them available . Everytime a fee was paid he required another in the system of 6000 dollars . He is still messaging me for me to send more to receive winnings .

I have received a message from Mike Weirsky telling me I have won 10 000 dollars, he asked me for my PayPal link and told me his manager would pay the money straight in, I sent the link but he then came back and told me I need to go online and purchase a 100 dollar steam card to validate the transaction, I have told him I don’t have the money at the moment, as I was very sceptical, when he said this, can you please tell me if f this is some kind of scam ? Or is he for real ?
