On 9-23-19, I received a voice message (on my phone number) stating I had won $2.5 million and a 2019 Mercedes Sedan. I returned the call and spoke with "Michael McKay". He gave me both the 1st number and (509) 855-9647 and asked how I wanted to handle this. He told me to send $350.00 to register and to pay for Shipping & Handling of my "Winnings." He then asked how I wanted to "Handle it" and gave me options of which I chose mail. He transferred me to "Paul Ceaga" who instructed me to write the information of a Merchant Banker.
I was instructed to send $350.00 to:
*** *** *** *** *** *** *** * Marion, Ohio 43302. I was then told I would be receiving a certified receipt for $350 that I was sending. When I attained my receipt, I was to call, "Paul Ceaga" at 516-400-2483 to claim my sweepstakes.
