I made my order and they shipped it through an illegitimate shipping company and the delivery driver stole it. I don't have issues in my building with stolen packages and I check for the package literal SECONDS after I got the delivered notification. They staged the delivery and used a fake label on the lobby door instead of bringing it to my actual door. I filed a complaint for investigation with the shipping company and they never contacted me back. So I contacted Micas and asked for my money back and they sent me to another illegitimate company that I apparently paid for shipping protection and they're also giving me the run around. Micas is saying there's nothing they can do and it's a total loss.
