They attempted to contact family member saying its time sensitive and regarding paperwork that needs to be served and referencing a docket. First individual called from cell# 657-549-5572, wanting to serve papers or I can call 833-883-2754. I called and Alex answered trying to collect a debt from 2007 and I need to pay or get sued in court for $1,000.00 or settle for $600.00 today. I said that was over 10 years ago and its 2024. He said they could still sue me after the fact. I explained I had identity theft, filed BK. He said he would send a letter by email, I said send it by regular mail, which he refused saying its time sensitive and it will never make it in time. He was combative, kept talking over me and hung up.
