Purchased 3 different hotel stays at 5 star locations. When I tried collect they would only give me options for 3 star hotels. Then they want to charge me activation fee where it states there would be no activation fee. They would hang up on me put me on hold give me different names of the people working there. I must have spent at least 10 hrs trying to book this vacation. still not complete and they want me to pay the hotel an activation fee.
