The CEO of Metro Media Ventures, Dean Talley, came to our office in Goshen, OH and pitched a marketing campaign to us. He said Metro Media Ventures had partnered with Ace Hardware in various cities and was now starting up with Ace Hardware stores in Cincinnati, OH (where our company is located). We signed a 1-year contract for marketing in 3 Ace Hardware stores in our area and paid $5,000.00 upfront. Dean Talley used a hard sell tactic to get us to sign and pay on the spot, which we did. We were told the campaign would launch within a few weeks. We signed the contract on 1/26/23 and it is now 5/18/23. We received a few proofs from the "production department" which were low quality ads and a web page link which was to be linked to a QR code in Ace Hardware stores. The other portion of the marketing campaign was to have printed advertisement on the back of Ace Hardware receipts. Over the weeks, we were told there were continual delays. During the time of the "delays" responses to our requests for updates became less and less; and now we are getting no responses at all. Basically, they had us sign a contract, took our money, and never did the work that they promised. Upon researching Metro Media Ventures and Dean Talley, we have found many people who were scammed out of thousands of dollars just like we were.

The last contact we had with Metro Media Ventures was on 5/4/23 via email. The response to our latest inquiry on a launch date and status of the campaign from Dean Talley read: "I am flying back to KC today, I will get an update for you tomorrow afternoon. All the Best | Dean Talley | CEO." Despite repeated attempts, we have not heard back from anyone with Metro Media Ventures.

We paid them $4,000 for advertising in Ace Hardware Stores, and I believe they scammed us. We

have received nothing for the money. I looked on their ScamPulse.com page, and it looks like several other

people have fallen prey to them as well.
