This scammer is dangerous. He/she is in my metro pcs smartphone. I receive robo calls but I am enduring the FACT that my phone has been hijacked. This person/company has all righs as administer wher I losr my privacy including my emails being used, I will fight to delete effective virus programs ; will direct my phone screen arrow (visibly seen) to where they want to go, etc. Only location info given is Atlanta Georgia; listens in on calls and will erase messages I never recieve. My bank acct has mysteriously shown deductions under the name GOOGLE. New banking info and protecting my privacy no longer exists. I have submitted complaints to Google , Lookout.com and carrier METRO PCS. Ironically I was using the virus protection company that Metro states very strongly to use LOOKOUT.COM. Metro and Lookout virus have a package program designed specifically to protect the Metro user.The incident of spaming and hijacking happened while under the watchful eye of this preinstalled highly recommenthiscompany. This phone is only 2 months old thiscompanyit brand new BUT according to Metro PCS I did not purchase insurance so they have no response or feel any responsibility what so ever of trading out this phone. In fact they charge me $2.00 to go into theit store to pay my bill and $3.00 to call in payment. They know that scammers/hijackers are in my phone. So like everyone else I either INPUT MY BANKING INFORMATION on this comprimised phone to pay my bill to them. My banks EFFORTS ON MY Behalf WITH SECURING MY BANKING INFO IS JEOPARDIZED. A NEW DEBT CARD COSTS ME $5. Either way I am the victim with no recourse of a logical answer to rectify where paying ANYTHING ONLINE securing confidentially with zero cost does not exist..
