I received physical therapy in 2022. I receive numerous calls from 469-399-2274. They leave an automotive message saying I need to call back because they have important info for me. I am now receiving bills in the mail claiming to be Methodist Hospital for Surgery. I have contacted them directly via the number on their website which is different than the phone number that has called me and is listed on the “bill”. I do not owe anything and I want to know how this scammer got my person information. They need to stop contacting me.
