Type of a scam: Government Agency Imposter

They called from a this number +1 (901) 683-1703 and told me my social security number was compromised. Then Gave me an option to speak with SS officer impersonating Indian/Pakistani accented guy in his 30’s approximately (haha). They kept asking personal information in order to resolve the issue (never existed). I cooperated by giving them fake information (just to waste their time which might save one of my brother from getting scammed) after I cooperate, they told they will do the following:-

-freezes my asset (gave them fake assets)

-surrender to Memphis police (they called from this number +1 (901) 636-4400 impersonating Memphis police officer)

Unless I do the following:-

-go to your bank withdraw everything out of your account and purchase a bitcoin at EXXON gas station located 6021 Mt Moriah Rd, Memphis, TN 38115. I acted every thing to look like going their way. I acted like I withdrew $10000 in cash soon after they send me a text from this number +1 (619) 592-7860 asking for the receipt of withdrawal by impersonating IRS officials,(told them my bank won’t give receipt for withdrawal they believed me and I proceeded to purchase $5000 in bitcoins, but it was just an act to consume time. They got away with nothing!
