I ordered 2 custom quilted laundry baskets from Facebook, the URL link was Melevace,com. I received an email order acknowledgment but when I went to check tracking for the order the link supplied says "This site can’t be reached". I then went to the web and this website comes up: Melovco.com and this URLS also say This site can’t be reached. There is no phone number available and their support email address [email protected] also says This site can’t be reached. The URL Melevace.com does comes up but there is no way to contact customer support. I also cannot locate my order using their order numbering system. I saw another person on bbb.org is having the same issue. I think they are scam business.
