I thought I was on the mellowsleep website so I placed the order for a pillow that was "Marked down" for 39.99. I ordered it on 2/7/26 and it said the order would ship in 7-10 business days. It is now the 19th and no update so I contacted mellow sleep and they said my order number was from July. I said no I just placed it on February 7,2026. She asked for my name and she said she does not see that name in the system. She asked what was the email that the order confirmation came from and I gave it to her and she said I need to contact my bank immediately because that is not them.
