Order a Craftsman's 30' riding mower on 4/26/23 and only received order number which showed pending for 5 days. I emailed them and James responded on 5/1/23 saying it was shipped and they would send a different email with the tracking number. Two days later I emailed them again ask for the tracking number, same response from James advising they would send a separate email with the tracking number.

I questioned why it could not have been included in either response and no reply was given.
