I was contacted by phone by a young lady stating that I had won a sweepstakes drawing from the MegaMillions Sweepstakes drawing. I told her I wasn't interested and she wanted to know if I wanted to speak to her manager so I said sure. I spoke with the manager and he explained to me what I was going to win (8.5 million dollars in a check, $855,000 cash, $15,000 dollars a week and a 2025 Mercedes Benz). We have been talking for a few days he had me put $200 on an apple card and send him the information, as of last night that money was still on the card. He sent me information to wire $9850 to a company in Japan. He also had me change my phone number to avoid any unwanted calls after I got all the money and offered to pay my phone bill for the rest of my life. I changed the number and kept to the phone bill. Today I told him I wasn't wiring any money to Japan when I was told the money was to pay US taxes, he has provided me with a new name and address of an IRS agent in Brooklyn, NY. I have in my possession papers he emailed me to "prove the reality" of my winnings. I am to go to the bank tomorrow morning and purchase a cashiers check and send it overnight to NY. It all just seems unbelievable and I can't find any proof that it could by real.
