A Paul Blair called me offering me 1.3 million dollars and a 2015 Mercedes/ PearlWhite. He said his offices where in the hoover bldg in washington. I was first winner prize. His company was called Meger Million Sweepstakes & Lottery Co. (Note: he said Lotter not Lottery). They would send seven people to my home to give me the prize. They are in every state. He was in NY. I had to tell him on the phone that I believed him in order to win the prize. He kept telling me that it was not a hoax. He did not sound professional to me. I hung up.
