Recieved fax from this company asking for a years worth of medical records to run " neurologic testing" They did call patient and tell them this was ordered by her doctor, I did call the company, they were irritated with me for asking why they needed all these records and hung up. They called the patient and told the patient to call me. i called the patient, she is unaware of any testing ordered, and we, the physician office, did not order these tests. This is an attempt at Medicare fraud.
