Whenever I feel like berating someone I call these people back. It one of my vices. I let her go through her script and I interrupt her asking who signs her checks. I continue to ask how she sleeps at night knowingly making calls to scam poor people who work hard or at least legitimately to earn their money. A few more choice words were used to describe her and how I feel about people who make these calls until all I could here from her was sir I can't continue the call anymore and she hung up on me. Well, at least I feel better and can go on with my day. Thanks Rachelle!

I received a call from someone, they did not leave a name asking me to call back the number (904) 541-8369. I called back and they were trying to collect a debt from me by a name I haven't gone by in over 20 years. I did not have an account with the company in the alleged debt and I had filed for bankruptcy in the last 10 years so it would have been cleared out if it was legit. They told me they would forward my information to the legal team and someone would be calling me back. Yeah OK.

Global Processing Services, also known as Mediation Processing Services, LLC and Mediation Management Services called twice in a row on 12-27-22 at 2:58 PM EST from 651-204-8557.

They left a threatening message to call back 904-541-8369, "Return this call to prevent any legal action from taking place. For more detail on how to take advantage of the settlement opportunity, you can contact our office directly at area code 904-541-8369. Once again that number is area code 904-541-8369. Thank you"

I returned the call on 12-27-22 at 3:34 PM to 904-541-8369 and spoke to someone named Daisy. I told her that she did not have permission to call my number and to cease contact immediately.

This business seems to have a history of trying to collect alleged debts that are either past the statute of limitations or simply non existent.

They also use threats of legal action to harass via fax, text, and phone.

REceived several calls from a Jeffrey Davenport, 502-434-4101(unsafe on internet) claiming to be from RMS or Mediation Management services calling about my mediation. Claims I need to call him before 12 am Friday(Jan 22, 2016). He has called my cell phone, my sons cell phone, and our home phone. Today he called again and left a message that he can no longer mediatie for me and will file an affidavit against me and I can call him with the details, He ends the call with Goodluck. HAs called 15 times since THursday, JAn 21. Thank you
