Patrick McElearney was hired by a general contractor to install plumbing in a our new construction house. He left the job undone and his work left open and disconected plumbing lines and gas lines in the new construction. Payment was made via construction load and can all be verified. A new plumbing company is restoring the plumbing and gas lines and all has been documented.
