They posted in our HOA Community Facebook group about group rates posing as a member of our HOA community. After closer inspection, it appears to be a fraudulent profile that had just joined the HOA group a few days prior. When my husband called the number and went to their website, at first glance it seems legit. After closer inspection, the address is fake and a lot of the details and the reviews on the website are fake, too. When they were here, they were unprofessional and arrived 1.5 hours early. The "invoice" email was a different company than what the website said. When googling the number of the guy who I interacted with 303-327-0320, a ton of bad reviews came up.
