I had gone to a website to purchase an Austrailian puppy. I was sent a contract through email to sign. After that, I was given information about how to make the payment and how the shipping would work. I then made a payment through Zelle and PayPal. Two days later, I was contacted by the seller and it was explained that she had just arranged the shipping for the puppy and that the travel agency for the puppy would contact me regarding a tracking number. They went to the extent of giving a tracking number and updating the location of the “puppy”. When the puppy was located in NC, the “travel agency” called to inform me that a special crate was needed to proceed with travel and asked that I go to Wal Mart and transfer money.
