I ordered 3 handmade quilted baskets from Marty's Handmade Baskets in North Carolina and I received 3 thin polyester screen printed baskets with very poor quality sewing and nothing handmade about them. When I tried to contact the company via email I received a reply that I could in fact get a full refund if I returned to baskets to Hong Kong. I checked out pricing to ship to Hong Kong and it was nearly the entire price of what I had paid for the baskets initially.
