We saw an ad on UTUBE about a man that made hand made birdhouses from a block of wood. He was stopping making them because of his health and was selling the last ones online with the help of his daughter. I purchased 3 of these hand made birdhouses for Christmas presents this year. We have never received anything from this company or gotten a notification that they were shipped. After reviewing complaints from other people I feel like we have been scammed

I came across this site advertising handmade goods for a cause - ordered something that was supposed to be fully assembled and unique. It came in pieces, completely unarmed, without hardware or instructions, and no return address. I can't even tell whether I received all the pieces.

Ordered beautiful wood carved birdhouses for gifts. Was supposed to be wood and come with the story of the artist. Instead I received plastic painted birdhouses replicating what was supposed to be the wood ones. Everything looked legit. Paid through Shopify.com

Have tried multiple times to contact the company. Heard back 2 times. Was told I have to pay to mail them to Hong Kong. It's expensive to mail back. Plus discrepancy in the address to mail them back.

No more contact with them.

I saw an ad on Facebook for handmade wooden bird houses. I got off Facebook and went to their website. I saw the description in the photo provided. I ordered 2 bird houses, paying with a CC. When the order arrived, it was 2 exactly alike plastic birdhouses, with one containing the "punch out hole" still inside of the house. Definitely not the hand made, from wood, each unique houses I expected. I emailed them, and like another reviewer said, they told me I could return them to Hong Kong, at my cost. And only 35% of the purchase would be refunded.

I wish I would've checked the reviews first. Don't buy ANYTHING from this joke of a business.

I ordered what was supposed to be a hand carved birdhouse based on a Google add. The add was written as though a story about an aging artisan located in North Carolina that was retiring and selling the last of his inventory. Instead I recieved a cheap plastic knock off shipped out of Illinois but it appears to have originated out of China.

The company claimed to offer no question 30 day return policy with free shipping in US. I asked for a refund minutes after recieving and the reply was we have a new return policy of 33% and it had to be shipped to China at my expense prior to issuing a refund. Complete scam.

My husband saw an ad for old man face birdhouses that were hand carved and wanted to surprise me for my birthday. He ordered two and kept the box hidden, without opening it, to give me for a gift. They were not wood. They were not hand-carved. They were PLASTIC cheap molds with stain poured on in a sloppy manner. These were NOT "among the last wood spirits he will ever carve". As long as the molds hold out and they have plastic to extrude there will be unlimited one-of-a-kind houses shipped. I am betting that Amos Hensley from ***********, North Carolina does not exist and does not look like the carver in the photo.

They are selling items handmade from wood in North Carolina, U.S., such as birdhouses, beehives, bird feeders, etc. When they arrive, they are cheap thin plastic that is not only not handmade, not real wood, but it falls apart on day 1.

I thought I was buying a hand carved cat back scratcher. Hand carved by an individual in Virginia. The website looked legitimate. The pictures of the cat scratcher looked like carved wood so I ordered it. I began to get a little suspicious after about a week and could not track my order. When the item arrived, it was a piece of plastic molded into the shape of a cat not the hand carved wooden item I ordered. When I contacted the company about returning it, they offered to pay me 25% of what I paid or I could ship it to China. This website needs to be taken down so other people do not fall for this scam.

Ordered a wood carved bird house. I paid $64.79 Canadian not knowing it was in American funds. It came with a card on top to say thank you for purchase a hand made wood carving.

This bird feeder is a plastic mold painted which included all the paint drips. It was supposed to be wood. Just junk, and fraud. Contacted the company and could only get 35% refund which means i get stuck with this junk i wouldn't have paid $5 for. If i drop it, it will smash into pieces. Thats what their handmade WOOD carving will do.

Article claimed aged woodcarver from North Carolina was retiring and selling the last of his one-of-a-kind, hand carved, wooden birdhouses. I ordered two. When they arrived, they were identical and made of plastic. Return instructions said items would need to be shipped to 101, 1st Floor, Leituo Technology Second Park, No. 12, Yuandong Road, Jiahe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Before delivery, someone, claiming to be the wood carver, texted me and tried to sell me more.

Marlow Market is a website selling hand made craftsmanship. They targeted me, used a story to sell a craft that was actually done in my community. The story was untrue and they did ship a product it was just trash.

I purchased a product from Marlow Market, described as a hand carved wooden flag; made in Tennessee by a veteran. What arrived was a broken cheap piece of plastic. I disputed the product and the story behind the product with Marlow Market. I was told that I would be responsible for the cost of return shipping on the item to Hong Kong and the maximum refund is 35%. I disputed that saying their website advertises a 30-day money back guarantee. Janet from Marlow Market is unwilling to budge. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I am reaching out to your organization to report Marlow Markets untruthful business practices. I have uploaded a word document with SNIPS from their website as well as a photo of the broken plastic flag that was sent to me. Thank you for your assistance with exposing this business for being untruthful.

I ordered from Marlow Market Website two "hand-carved" US Flags from what was advertised as created by a Vietnam Veteran in Tennessee. The boards were from his grandfather's old barn. Beautiful pictures showing the detail of the carved stars, etc.

What I received was two foam boards with a likeness of a flag. Not anything like the pictures - crap!

I was told that I would be given a 25% refund - but that I had to ship them back to Hong Kong first. The website shows 30 day money back guarantee!

Company was written to and my credit card company to dispute this charge and the quality of the merchandise received. I believe I was the victim of a fraud!
