I have two attractive career options to offer — Realty Assistant and Construction Secretary. Our business has operations in the US, Europe, and Asia. We would like to invite you to get on our team, where you can work from home.
As a Realty Assistant you will be involved in advising and guiding our American clients. It includes managing market research, supporting real estate transactions for purchase, sale, and rent of real estate, and handling negotiations. This is a part-time position that requires 8–12 hours of weekly commitment. This flexibility in schedule is intended to fit your hobbies and obligations, making it the perfect place for people who value balance between their personal and professional life.
As a Construction Secretary you will manage different construction projects made for American customers. This position requires monitoring of project progress, managing procedures, leading smooth coordination with contractors, and following deadlines. The working hours are the same as for the previous position - 8–12 hours a week.
Compensation is provided:
It is $5,000 of monthly salary in addition to 5 commission on every closed deal for Realty Assistant and it's $4000 of monthly salary with 7 commission for Construction Secretary.
It is obvious that a great deal of training and experience are necessary to be proficient in these fields. We have therefore developed a comprehensive, fully funded training program that is intended to provide participants with knowledge and abilities needed to achieve their goals. The rigorous two-month program lays the groundwork for you to move to independent work.
