I'm not even sure where to begin or I can't believe that I was even scammed. I completely know better than this I was interested in purchasing a teacup poodle and online found a company who seemed to be legit she requested $600.00 for the pet if I wanted the puppy delivered to my doorstep that would be an additional $50 sounded too good to be true I arranged for the payment to be sent through my PayPal she then provided me with the registration for the pet and information regarding any documentation for the pet adoption she then had me provide my name and address after the fees were paid she then told me to keep a look out for my e-mail that I would get a tracking number from the delivery company a few hours later I received a text message along with an e-mail from this company that was supposed to transport the dog which is called UCP smart logic who will then give you the run around after reviewing their e-mail there is tons of discrepancies which once again should have been a red flag for me they provided option A and option B option a is about $1200 but that is full insurance for the puppy's which will be refunded in cash once the puppy is delivered second option B is $799.00 which is non- refundable also included puppy insurance to still be delivered to you for but forever whatever reason that amount is not refundable but on the second paragraph it then states a totally different amount of $1399.00 and 98% of that is refundable but that's also related to option an option B on second paragraph it has another amount of 899 completely conflicting information once the payment was submitted I then continued to get a runaround of will the payments not showing even though I provided them proof of payment and that I need to be patient day or so goes by still get no information regarding the puppy's payment has been released and it goes silent no communication from either party the seller or the person that's posed to be transporting the puppy this company is a complete scam most likely they work together you contact their number that's located on the website and it completely doesn't ring their online portal which they do have on their website has been under maintenance for at least a week I brought that information to their attention ohh we're working on it all of this is a scam so hopefully the next person does not get scammed because they're obviously they're out there the puppy that I was supposed to have is still on their website even after I paid them the money and it was supposed to be in transport to me I'm speechless that people get away with this but thank God I contacted my credit card company immediately we're in the process of the first transaction being reversed and working on the second transaction from the transport company to be reversed here shortly please be aware of this company and do not send any money it's not worth purchasing a puppy online there are just too many scam out there and there's so many people that are just untrustworthy and do not have good intentions.
