I paid they never sent the package May 26 is when I ordered this they gave me a tracking code. Has given me the run around then said it was delivered.

I responded to an ad for the "viral" boneless sofa. Shipping tracking information never showed a courier name. Showed several "attempts" at delivery, which were outside of normal business hours or even during business hours at a business and they said that they couldn't access the building. Eventually it said it was delivered and if I didn't receive it within 24 hours to reply to the email. That was a week ago and no further response from them. The email with the order information somehow disappeared so I only have messages from the "support" team.

Yes I was on Facebook I ordered blow up couches that expand on the place called raven which showed up on my credit card statement as yoga never received product just a bunch of emails saying that my package was going to come then the day it was supposed to come which was a whole month later said that they could not deliver the package when no one even came to deliver a package and took my $31.70 had to get a new credit card and everything they're all so up on the Better Business Bureau and Google as a scam I just want to notify other people of this do not drive to buy them don't do any orders on Facebook

I ordered 2 Horseshoe AC units from a company called Raven from an AD I saw on TikTok. Product never showed up AND my bank card was used for fraudulent charges...

This was supposed to be a boneless couch. I keep getting the run around. I have screen shotted all the conversations they even asked me to not turn it into my bank to give them 24-48 hours. Its been close to a month and a half
