they fast delivery but i don’t receive anything.. called them many times but only 1 answer and when asked for refund no confirmation of refund sent already more than 1 month and tried to call but only voicemail answering.

The item was falsely advertised. After ordering it and finding that out, I called to return the item. Customer service has claimed multiple times to send me a return label through my email, to call me, to contact me, etc. and have failed to each time.

I ordered 1 product and was charged for 2, and was unable to reverse or cancel the order once placed. I received the 2 items in the mail, but the item was missing pieces and packaging was damaged.

The company advertised a product on Facebook said it would arrive "fast delivery". Took a month to receive and after emailing them several times for an update the package arrived from a Brooklyn Address. When I received the merchandise it was a bait and switch item, looks nothing like the item I ordered they wanted me to ship it back to China for a huge shipping cost I'd have to eat before they would credit my money. If it was delivered from a Brooklyn address why do I need to return to the China address for a large cost to me?
