Ordered three dresses and paid for express shipping. Dresses were to small I. The chest area. I went through the refund process and they said I needed to send pics in order to be considered for compensation. I replied telling them absolutely not and I agree per their clause to pay shipping. They again said they wanted to avoid me paying shipping and send pics. I again replied absolutely not and advised it’s illegal to demand pics for compensation. I then told them I’d be reporting them. I also did a bad review on their website but got an email saying I needed to click a link judge.me verified by Margovil to confirm I am the one making a rating. I haven’t written nor have heard from them. Lesson learned but these people should get busted!

This is a money scheme. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I didn’t get my products in time so I cancelled the order. Half the order came a month later and when I contacted them, they would not return even when i said i had cancelled the order. They then are proceeding to ship the other half of my order.

I ordered 3 items from this online shop… one of the items was not properly sewn and therefore not wearable- I sent them pictures as requested and then they tried to give me $13 for it - stating I would have to pay to ship it back and it would cost too much to do so- their store policy states that if the problem is their fault they will refund and also pay shipping - I have been fighting with them for 10 days and have had no luck

I bought items they didn’t fit I ask to return they wanted pictures of the items no fitting I sent them then they offered me $8 on an $101.06 order and told me to keep them items. They are going back and forth then offered $17 will not tell me how to return the items and will not give me a full refund after they said I could do a return if I sent pictures
