Voicemail about old debt from Marathon Solutions
I did call back to see if it was a valid debt. They stated they have sent me numerous letters and tried to serve me docs (if true, mail would have been returned and/or they would know I do not reside at that address). The account was opened in 2015, but they stated I filed bankruptcy in 2019 and the account was included. They did provide the name of the company filing the judgement. I did reach out to them and they did not have any accounts under my name then or my SSN #. They did confirm all account history would appear.
Think about it....why would a Credit Card company file a judgement 11 years later and while under protection of a bankruptcy.....There is no history of this account they claim I owe.
