In December I opted for free shipping by purchasing a $10.00 wallet in addition to a $98.00 jacket from the company Manlyshirt. Any purchase over $100 would receive free shipping. After six weeks, the company, which I suspect is an AI-generated front to fleece unsuspecting customers, notified me that the jacket was out of stock; however, I could opt to swap for another jacket so long as it did not exceed the original price by more than $10. I asked for a refund. They promised to refund my credit card account but did not and yet sent me the wallet even though I clearly wanted to cancel the order. After a week went by and no refund appeared, I contacted support@Manlyshirt, and they made the same promise. For well over a month, it was more of the same, and I dealt with five different individuals, all of whom used only first names when they signed their email responses. In each communication, they sounded polite and contrite; that said, they clearly seem illegitimate.

Manlyshirt sent wrong items and won't honor their refund policy

I did not receive items as advertised on their website, MANLYSHIRT.COM. This unacceptable. Their website clearly states their refund/exchange policy. I am very disappointed in the way they are treating me as a good customer that has provided a favorable review on other purchases.

I did that because I was satisfied with the item I had previously purchased.

These 2 items are not what you advertised. They are not real leather material. I lost $110.00 on this order. I have used a lot of time trying to get this company to honor my simple request, emailing [email protected]. Please do better business

Practices if you care about maintaining your customer base. MANLYSHIRT refuses to honor return/refund policy. They forced me to agree to an exchange for other pieces of clothing, which they never delivered.
