I placed an order on the site on August 14, 2026 for a recliner cover. After over a month of not receiving it I emailed their support and just got we will look into it... I have since emailed them three more times and still receiving the same answer except my last email I informed them I will be notifying the BBB. I just want my refund thats it and they still say they are looking into what happened.........buyer beware
