Ordered clothing online from Facebook ad. They charged my card right away and never shipped product. After a few weeks asked for status. Said looking into it. Never got an answer. Four weeks later no one responds and still no shipment.

There is no way to call. The website provides no number or address.

I purchased 2 items from a website called Mainely Backcountry.com , the one item that I did receive ( a sweater) was not what I ordered, not to mention it was defective and could not be worn and I never even received the second item. The seller responded only to my first email asking for an expected shipment date because it took a long time for them to send out the items I purchased. Once I contacted them about wanting a refund for the damaged sweater they sent and asking where my second item was they stopped replying.
