On December 2, 2024, I received an email stating my order was on its way.
On December 12, 2024 I received an email stating " Dear Magnacraft customer, Thank you for your recent order with MagnaCraft. We wanted to inform you that our store is currently undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable. Rest assured, your order is still being processed and is on its way. If you have any questions, need assistance, or would like to check on the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected]. Please note that we’re currently receiving a high volume of emails, so it may take a little longer than usual for our team to reply. However, we’re working hard to respond as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.

I attempted to track the order from the instructions on the original email only to receive a "page not found."
On December 17, 2024 I emailed [email protected] in attempt to gain assistance in tracking my order. To which I received the following response: "Thank you for your recent order with us. We are glad to let you know that your order has been confirmed with our new batch of orders that have arrived at our warehouse and currently awaiting for pick up with our courier. You will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay up-to-date on the estimated delivery date. Please note that our shipping team is working diligently to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We know waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this time. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with—I’m here to help.
