I placed an order on Nov 23, 2024. On Nov 26, 2024 I received an email saying my order had shipped. They showed an option to track package which sent me to a page saying website cannot be found. Dec 6, 2024 I receive email saying order is delayed. Dec 12, 2024 I receive another email saying their store is under maintenance. There is no way to track or see order info. I emailed them several times using the only option provided ([email protected]). They replied with same message saying it’s on the way and waiting for courier to pick up. They said I could track my order with a link they provided which gave no info at all where my order was. They said they could not provide me with any info about shipment or delivery. I demanded a refund after several attempts to get a refund. I then get an email Jan 7, 2025, after telling them I would be reporting them and taking legal action, that they canceled and refunded my order. The same day, in the evening they say my order is on the way. It’s nonstop runaround with absolutely no way to track the order and the website is gone.
