I ordered an item from their website 3 weeks ago

They state orders are delivered in up to 12 business days, it’s been 15. I’ve emailed support, filled out 3 support tickets, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and have had absolutely zero response

Many other people state the same, this company needs to be shut down
