got an ad on my phone from Facebook. Ad said Macy's. I ordered two fold up beds. total was $49.98. ordered Feb 21. said would be delivered in 3 days.

3/20/24 have not received anything or any explanations.

The scam was on Facebook, saw the Human Dog Bed sale, and pictures, on clearance, and I ordered 2 of the beds and got a confirmation email. After the 3 days of FedEx Shipping stated, I started emailing the company. No return emails. No phone number, no address. They did charge my card. It was on my bank statement. So I wanted to report this company scam. I need to dispute it as well with my Bank.

The logo of Macy's is the same as the actual store. It was hard to know the difference. I hope they get caught and shut down.

Identified as Macys but found out it was Debowen garments. Said it was using fed ex to ship my order: tried to reach out to the email and it says there’s no such thing as that email address.

They were posing as Macy’s clearance sale on Facebook and then when I looked them up to see where the package was I saw the scammer alert on Facebook Facebook. I called my credit card company. They’re also looking into it and then I see it all over the web the Internet. They are opposing as Macy’s store and clearance.

Page came up with Macys name and logo that it was the clearance side of the store. If you buy 30 worth shipping is free. I ordered 5-leggings 2-purses and a jacket. 4ea. Paid 2 insurance. 1st order 34.20. I thought it was a good deal so i bought bras for my daughter 10-bras 32.73. After i placed that order i realized it was not Macy's. They said it would be 2day delivery from USA but the fake tracking number showed it was coming from china it took over a month when they sent me an email that i had to pick it up at post office. They informed me that it was a scam. I emailed them with no response. Then I received a small box in the mail with a fake ring
