Said they were Macys American Express Bank, if I declined a letter I would have to pay full amount in 5 days, If I accept, then they transfer me to someone and they will pay off my debt.

I placed an order through "Macy's" online advertising website on Facebook. I never received the items or any communication from them telling me that they were not available. My bank statement shows that they took my money. I have been reading lately that this has happened to others who placed orders from this company. They gave me a tracking number which I tried to use and it took me no where. Here is the tracking number given me. Your tracking number : DDGYL22043807YQ HHH0000173289YQ I just don't want to see them still advertising merchandise for extremely low discount prices just to suck in more people like me.
