Their website came up at the top of google search for video game controller skins. It’s a simple scam where the website advertises many products, and after choosing two items, placing them in the cart, then paying for them, it charged the money normally. Received confirmation emails about it. After non-receipt, I chatted with their support chat on the website and through email, which also pushed you to the online chat, they claimed that they would send a complimentary item to replace what was “lost” but after asking to confirm my address they never replied or confirmed and now the chat function does not work and they will not reply.
